A strong BBa_J23100 promoter placed upstream of a lac operator. The existence of a lac operator allows for the BBa_j23100 promoter to be repressed when in the presence of lacR. The presence of the strong ribosomal binding site BBa_B0030 allows for strong ribosomal binding.
